A Diverse Diagnostics Podcast

UNMASKED

with Dr Basra

Real people. Real conversations. Real science.
This is Unmasked with Dr Basra. Peeling back the layers on neurodiversity, mental health and wellbeing, exploring the real experiences and the science that helps us make sense of them.

About the show

It’s time to unmask the conversation

Unmasked with Dr Basra is a podcast from Diverse Diagnostics exploring the real conversations behind ADHD, autism, mental health, neurodiversity and wellbeing.

Hosted by Dr Basra, Unmasked goes beyond labels and diagnoses to hear from people with lived experience, clinicians, professionals and inspiring guests. Together, we explore the challenges people face, the experiences that shape them and the conversations that too often remain unspoken.

“Because behind every diagnosis, every professional title and every public face is a person with a story.”

Through open and honest conversations, Unmasked challenges stigma, shares different perspectives and helps build greater understanding of neurodiversity and mental health, at home, in education, in the workplace and across society.

Our aim is simple: to help people feel seen, heard and better understood.

New episodes explore masking, late diagnosis, parenting neurodivergent children, workplace adjustments and the everyday realities behind assessment and support.
